Upsetting. But some good points.1. Purchase and delivery experience amazing quick and updates from triton and TNT for delivery.2. Opend the bike box Looked amazing bike retro cantilever brakes was looking forward to a ride on my day off. Took the protection off the top tube then to my horror paint bubbling on the top tube maybe in other places didn't remove any more protective packaging.This makes me think has the bike been inspected before its dispatched probably not and lost faith in buying products from you again.3. Rang up Triton cycles spoke to Ciara who was really helpful and organized a return through TNT straight away. Thank you amazing service.4. Shame I had to Waite in for TNT to collect my faluty bike or dreams on my day off.5. Email came through next day starting I have been refunded.6. This was my first time buying a bike online and my last sorry how can I major issue not have been spotted where's the quality control???
Terrible. Ordered some grips, shown as in stock, received a confirmation email indicating expected delivery date but never arrived! A week after I should have received them I phoned and was told they are out of stock and discontinued! Don't know how long they were planning on keeping my money until they decided to let me know? Judging by other reviews my experience is not uncommon. The grips were to be a gift for my son. My advice would be do not shop with this company and my message to Triton is to do something about your customer service.
Order placed on 21st November for cleats which were stated as in stock and would be delivered by 4th Dec. When they failed to arrive I sent two e mails and left a phone message, all of which were not answered. Finally spoke to a person who then informed me the items were not in stock and would not be available until end January so I cancelled the order. Firstly if the items state they are in stock I expect this to be accurate, secondly payment was taken for items they did not have and thirdly they not only did not inform me of this, they also ignored my attempts to contact them. Will never try using them again.
I ordered a nice bike (Lapierre Pulsium 600) with a nice discount last week and received it yesterday in France. Good support from the team before purchase order. All good for Triton! :)
I ordered a bag for a cycling holiday - I called a few days before it was meant to arrive to check it was in stock - no problems. I then called the day before it was meant to arrive to check it would get to me in time to pack for my holiday - not only had it had not been shipped but was also out of stock.Completely unacceptable. I now have a cycling holiday in two days time and no bag to carry my stuff in.
