They claimed that I had picked up the order even though I hadn't. When I asked to see the signature of whomever took it and the CCTV they said that they did not have CCTV in the store (which is a lie) and that they don't have access to see the signature nor does customer service. Obvious that they assumed I had forgotten about the package and tried to take it themselves.
It's a high street DIY store. They also sell small kitchen electrical equipment as well as garden stuff, electronic & mobile gadgets, all sorts of batteries, light bulbs and so.Very convenient when one doesn't have a choice.
