Saw post about cheap service and thought should leave a review. These guys were so helpful when I bought my tv last time, got me a better model for same money. Trumped other places for service. Couldnt fault trying to buy 2 more TVs now so putting in a call when the open
Ordered online and they're pitiful. Awful customer service and best avoided in my opinion. Try to squeeze extra cash out of you if their couriers fail to deliver even when the failure to deliver isn't your fault. They might be cheap, but they offer cheap service.
I do not normally spend time posting reviews but RGB Loughton, especially Dean and AJ deserve 10 out of 10 for their excellent service. I have been dealing with RGB for over 14 years and will only buy from them. They always have very competitive prices on the latest products but more than that the after service is second to none. Changes in technology is moving fast and rather dealing with a High Street or Online retailers, after sales is even more important. After I had a problem with a TV I bought in February they proved how important it is to be able to go back to the same people I bought the TV from. They sorted the problem without any drama for which I am very grateful. Cant recommend or thank them enough. Mark Fisher
Interesting little shop. Friendly and helpful staff. When I say "little" it's because apart from some TV s they carry little stock at the premises. Easier to browse their extensive stocks online then order at the shop for personal service. Discovered that their free deliveries are ground floor only so had to pay extra for a carrier to deliver my fridge, and dispose of my old one, excellent carriers.
