Fantastic service - called for an emergency broken front door lock two days before Christmas and he was there within the hour! Really thorough and genuine service and a lovely man. He explained everything So I knew every step of the way what was happening. Would definitely recommend and will use myself again in future!
My elderly disabled neighbour got locked out and I tried a number of other locksmiths and was quoted 4 hrs minimum to attend. However this firm said they could attend within 1 hour. The gentleman who attended (David?) arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable and polite and opened the door in 10 minutes with no damage at all. I would highly recommend this firm.
David was so professional and helpful. He came immediately as our key was stuck in the lock and we couldn't lock our front door. He explained what was wrong, then replaced the barrel and showed us how to check if the door drops. Lovely and very polite I am recommending him to all my friends.
