I was expecting surgery soon but Jodie worked miracles. In only 5 weeks my knees and back are almost back to normal. A bit of kneading and acupuncture was the answer. It worked for me so try it before seeing a surgeon.

DO NOT USE !!!! i was in terrible back pain and leg pain, I went to see this company in Loughton , they diagnosed I had a piriformus injury and he used one of those thumper massage machine and said it was going to hurt but i had to take the pain to move forwards !!. well it was awful the person was learning on the machine i was yelping with the pain, my wife said it looked like something out of a horror movie. it didn't improve it got far worse.... and he was their chiropractor..... I never went back and instead went to another local Physio who was amazing, they did some tests and confirmed i had 2 prolapsed disc in my lower spine and after some time and treatment sessions i got better
Would not recommend. Nice people but saw three different physio in four sessions. PC was not available upon one occasion so my records were not available. Each physio performed different treatments therefore no consistent therapy.
