Nice park but getting in and out is a night mer parking spaces in traffic for 3/4 of an hour
Good variety of shops (Aldi, Next, Smyths toys, TK Max etc,with easy parking.
What a bonus for the area. Perfect place to put a relatively small retail park. Since opening, more shops have been added including a Boots which is very useful. Our local Aldi is here so we visit more than we might otherwise. It gets a bit chaotic with parking but apart from that, its just great.
Loved the convenience of this place initially, however as its grow in popularity the traffic and parking is now completely impossible! Reserve an extra hour on your journey for the time it takes to get in and out! Epping council need to address the poorly coordinated traffic lights which prevent traffic flow in and out!! I either avoid now or park miles away and walk in which means less money spent in the shops as I cant carry it! As for getting to Debden Royal Mail sorting office, wicks, Sallys etc dont get me started!!!
Decent selection of stores on this site and in easy reach of the M11 although route is 1 sided. The car park holds many cars and also has electric charge points for cars. Beware though because getting out of the car park can take ages also the road its on is an industrial zone and becomes extremely busy at rush hour!
