Took our two rescue cats here last year and our appointment was with an incredible male vet who gave us invaluable information about rescue cats. We were sure this was going to be our forever vets.On second visit, our very poorly cat Annie had to be bought in and we were seen by the female head doctor (the male no longer worked there) she was aware annie was once a stray but treated her as if she was a wild animal and had no compassion for her when she was acting up a bit, she also did not seem as concerned as we were with annie's condition, she also seemed judgemental that annie was the way she was she was just very scared, she had a terrible start to life, she didn't actually hold Annie either, we had to do it which we found very odd. Annie got worse and we visited again, this time we were seen by a dark haired female vet who again did not seem very concerned but after a push agreed to have her overnight to give her antibiotics. They sent annie home two days later, saying she was better and they were not concerned - later that night she got worse, this meant we had to take her to the emergency one in Romford, they did tests, and told us that annie had a terminal illness called FIP. she was put down three days later because she became so so poorly. If you are looking for compassion I would not recommend using this branch, they made a distressful and heart-breaking situation even harder than it was. FIP can get worse by severe stress in the cat, which I feel was worsened by the service given. We took our other one last week as he was itching badly but did not have fleas, she gave him some cream and sent us away. He got worse. In the end we went to another vet who knew what was wrong straight away and prescribed steroids, he is now better. The nurse here did not even suggest what the new vet said he had. The one star is for the lovely receptionists.

I recently brought my two cats in for teeth cleaning, the vet was great and she looked over and assessed both cats. The vet had concerns for one of my cats and advised running blood tests, so glad as it showed up an underlying kidney issue. The staff were all fantastic and extremely caring towards the welfare of my cats. So glad I took both of my cats in to Vets4Pets. A big thank you to all the staff there, would definitely recommend them.

AMAZING friendly staff and vets. They really cater for my pets needs. They also call me the mat cat lady hahahaha! Love them!

Part of an excellent vetinary practice. Very good service and reasonable in price. I have used the Newbury Park branch for years and every member of staff have been wonderful with the animals and owners.

Dropped my hamster and failed to give her mite treatment as it was out of stock. Hamster died soon after.I also tried to move my two kitties to this vets but they didn't even bother to get the history from the previous vets.
