If you are reading this review don't waste your time in booking an appointment here. You go to a salon to get pampered and feel less stressed ... this is not the place. Incredibly rude staff... I don't just mean how they talk but also the facial expressions as you speak to them ... rolling eyes as if they can't be bothered with you... talking at you rather than to you. I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable and awkward that I would not want to return.
Ive visited Femme Fatel a few times now for various different treatments and I can honestly say its the best beauty salon I have visited. The staff are always very welcoming and accommodating around my busy work schedule. The treatments that are carried out are always professional and look amazing! I always leave feeling a million dollars.
was nicegot a bargain for gel nails. lady who did them was lovely and thorough. and i was also given coffee. I would use again.
Got a last minute appointment for LVL lashes before going on holiday after I couldn't get an appointment at the usual place I go to, when booking the appointment the lady on the phone was very helpful and accommodating, however when I arrived for my appointment I was left waiting for almost half an hour. When it came to getting the treatment done everything was fine until the end when the lady doing the treatment had to get her colleague to check them, and the colleague said that she should do them again. At the end of it all I had been there for almost two hours for what was supposed to be a 45 minute treatment. Won't go back.
They waxed the skin off my eyebrows (I've had plenty of waxes before without this happen) which was 3 days before my wedding. This left me with scabs around my eyes, luckily I had a good make up artist but I will not be using Femme fatal again. I emailed them to show pictures of my eyebrows and raise concerns without having to write a very negative review but there was not response which made me feel obliged to name and shame.
