I booked in for a curly blow dry for my Christmas party on recommendation from a friend. However, Shelly the stylist with 20+ years experience done my hair. My curls lasted 2 minutes. When I explained this to my friend I was told oh she is the worst stylist there, Im so sorry I didnt warn you before hand. I paid 35 when my normal stylist (who wasnt local) is nearly half the price and my curls would normally last days not minutes. I requested a call back from the salon to be told oh well I can do is say sorry . Well I am really sorry but I do not think this is acceptable or good enough and most certainly not sincere. If anyone is to use this salon, do not use Shelly unless you want straight hair for an occasion, and definitely do not expect any form of customer care from the girls on reception.
It took me awhile to set foot here, always looked intimidating. But the staff couldnt be any nicer! Its my go to salon now, and i have spent alot of money! The colourist is amazing as is the hairstylist- i like using shelley. Everyone has commented on my hair colour! Had a brazillian blowdry and although it is pricey- it is the best decision i have made! The manager is lovely and attentative and he really took his time with the process and made sure i was informed on what he was doing. The new pricelist is also great. Will be returning soon. My hair is more manageable and i dont dread washing my hair now!
My first visit today, had my hair cut by Connor and he made a fabulous job. I travelled from Billericay as I read all the positive reviews and it was well worth the journey. I could not be happier. All the staff were lovely. Have booked my next visit and can't wait to go back
