Lovely, cosy place with lovely cakes and pastries. Not many seats / tables so it's often full and you have to wait. There is seating on the pavement by the High Street if the weather is nice, which helps. Nice coffee and nibbles, and very nice cooked breakfast, although a touch on the pricey side of course.
Lovely relaxed staff, huge cup of herbal tea and calm atmosphere. Will definitely visit again especially for the apple crumble tart! Yum.
A quaint themed eatery on the Loughton high street, it has a range of scrumptious breakfasts - where the humble egg is king. Savoury and sweet artisan pastries and crepes abound. Try the baby spinach and feta quiche, served with a side salad adorned with a delightfully peppy hand-made dressing. The hot drinks are also clearly the product of skilled barristers. Get here early though, seating is limited. Child friendly.

Very cosy. Great ambience. I had tuna melt which was yummy. I think the salad should have some cucumbers in it too and maybe 2-3 cherry tomatoes. There was just one in my plate which looked over ripe. Anyway, I even loved their toilet! It was so quirky! Very lovely place on the whole!
