I recently brought my Golf GTI into the body shop repair centre in Loughton and the service I received from start to finish was second to none. I never normally leave reviews, but I felt that The Body Shop team definitely deserve a mention. I've been to other Volkswagen garages but I must say that, the service which I received at Loughton was the best I've ever had and that was all thanks to Adam Thurman and his amazing team. I cannot thank you enough. My car looked brand new again and I was delighted. I would thoroughly recommend Adam and his team of super efficient body workers. And if I ever have a problem again, I will be calling them for their help. Great job guys, you are brilliant at what you do.
My car was hit by a Bus I spoke to a gentleman who said it would be 60.00 to receive a quote. I explained that my car was hit by London bus and thier insurance company would be paying for the claim. I explained I didn't want to be in a scenario where I pay for the quote and the insurance company don't want to pay the price I was Informed the price would be a maximum of 50.00 compared to local garage. I explained I wasn't happy to pay 60.00 the genetleman agreed to create a quote at no charge. Fast forward to today I called before going I was met by a rude invidual who say only two people work on the phones nobody has recollection of this conversation. And that I would now need to pay 75.00 + vat. These guys are full on Con Artists they make it up as they go along. I couldn't trust them with my car the person we dealt with in person was very confrontational I will not be getting my car serviced at this location anymore.

Great service. the work carried out on my truck was done perfect. the team are all polite, professional and helpful. the manager showed me the facility and it is highend stuff! i would recommend this place to anyone. they repair anything from commercial vehicles to sportscars to classic cars. quick turnaround and no corner cutting. thanks again
