Car needed minor repair after it failed MOT. We got a story about the locking wheel nut key thread being torn and the wheels having been over-tightening. I know this isnt true as the key is pretty much brand new and the front wheel was off the week before for a replacement tyre. After all the work was done, we were then charged more than the agreed fee. They knocked us for 100 odd but lost our return custom. I would advise you to steer clear.
