Have been there on a number of occasions and I have experience the floor staff are very ignorant and rude. I will be writing to Headquarters to express my anger. And also will be expressing my feelings on local facebook groups. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now. Regards D

Refused to get me a unused pair of trainers as the ones I were buying were from the shelf, then they proceeded to unpack the packaging from the box before they gave it to me
Complete idiot working the door rude and unhelpfull luckily the assistant manager is there to pick up the pieces, I have been assured The idiot in question has been dealt with, good because it's a shame that the actions of one person tarnish the good work the rest of you do!
