Ive been going here since it opened in 2016 - if you want classes that help you learn about your own body, how to heal and strengthen it and work to your own goals, this is the best place. Excellent teachers who are always learning, improving & adapting techniques for each individual, small classes with everyone working at their own level. A great range of classes plus treatment and workshop opportunities at weekends.

Tori is an excellent instructor her classes are small so everyone gets lots of attention to ensure the movements are being performed correctly and that they're getting the most out of a class. I have had 1-2-1 lessons as well as loving the mum and baby classes. I have back issues and can honestly say it's never felt better. Tori is an inspiration and her positive outlook on life has really rubbed off on me and actually encouraged me to go for things I might not have otherwise. Highly recommended.
