I have recently had 2 new suits altered at this shop, one suit is good the other suit trousers are a different fit. The trousers were to long. I went back to the shop, the lady behind the counter was adament that they looked OK. I went back into the shop with the trousers when the lady who made the alterations was in, she agreed that the trousers were too long and agreed to change the length. When I picked them up and took them home I noticed that they had not pressed. I went back into the shop thinking this was an an error BUT the lady behind the counter stated this was not an error and if I wanted them pressed I would have to pay. I said this was your mistake, she said no it was the mistake of the lady that altered them, I said, she works in the shop, surely if you make a mistake you should deal with it correctly but they would not press the trousers without a payment. I feel I have already paid for the service and was not willing to pay again for a job that was not completed as agreed. SHOCKING SERVICE, VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS FIRM AGAN
