Ive used Pollys for well over a year now...And I use it regularly. Ive never had any trouble ironing has been perfect staff very friendly and nothing to much trouble...Polly has even taken my ironing and put it in my car....A massive thumbs up from me ....
Ruined a duvet and no offer of any compensation for this. Rude staff, using swear words whilst discussing issue. No proof that duvet was ruined and basically they could not care less stating that I was lying about what state the duvet came in! Worst customer service. I would suggest not to deal with them at any cost!
