I've used Kim to administer my property deals for many years and have always found her extremely helpful and diligent. Most recently I engaged Kim to sort out a change of contract and the completion on a property with extremely tight timescales. This She did with professional competence even over the festive period and was able to put me at ease when dealing with another legal practice who were somewhat out of touch with modern practices of customer service.
Very slow to complete simple solicitor tasks such as witnessing of signing a deed. When chased to ensure they had sent the document to the recipient they were extremely rude with a tone of superiority. Months later the deed had not been sent. Go elsewhere!
