Neil Lloyd Evans allowed my brother to be stripped by his assets by his other brother despite being told for 18 months what was going on. He ignored everything he was being told. My brother is now penniless and lives in one room now claiming support. Because my brother could no longer feed my other brother he was beaten up. Look at Facebook page for LE LAW you will see the true picture of what Neil LLoyd Evans allowed to happen to a person who was vulnerable. Shame on you Neil your a disgrace.
