Have had two holidays with them the first went very well . The second not as good service, they did sort us out very professionally at the villa but not being cleaned is a definite no no, lack of communication ,did get a refund thoughfor 1 night . Taxi not turning up was not good especially when on a late flight with a young baby . Also maid getting stroppy because we used towels from cupboard which she should have locked ,how were we supposed to know, found her quite rude might go again as the first experience was perfect .we might go again hopefully everything would goto plan if we go bk .
I loved this experience and I would come back here again!
