We booked a week long holiday to NYC in 2016 then a twin holiday to NYC and Orlando in 2018. Both holidays booked via Zac and he chose all of our hotels around the dates we needed and did not disappoint!! Amazing prices for great quality - I wouldn't book another holiday to America without going via Travelplanners!!
Booked our Las Vegas wedding through Travelplanners and the experience was amazing my H2B had never been to New York before so the travel agent Zac, recommended a stop over for a few days in New York before Las Vegas which we would never have thought of and so glad that we did. Both of the hotels were out of this world and much better than I could ever have imagined based on the excellent prices. Would have expected to pay at least double for the quality of both hotels. They totally made our wedding holiday feel even more special. Flights were also fantastic with plenty of time between transfers on the way home. They even arranged a bottle of champagne to be in our room after the wedding service, which was a lovely surprise. We will definitely be using them again, just trying to agree on a destination for 2019 and have recommended to family and friends who have already booked for next year.
We booked a twin centre family holiday to Mexico in October. Zac did a wonderful job with everything - the flights and local transfers were fab and both resorts (Secrets Silversands and Dreams Play Mujeres ) exceeded our expectations. Would we book with Travelplanners again? You bet we would!
We booked a multi centre holiday with this company. Robert Comer was very good in planning the trip. However when we wanted to add another person on he wouldnt get back to us. Our sister had to book with another company and was not part of our party which caused several problems. Two of our party had to change their return flight because of a medical issue. Again we couldnt get in contact with him. Two weeks before we left and while we were in the US. After several emails, phone calls and complaints to the company he finally contacted us apologising that he was on holiday...... for 4 weeks ?? Looks like this company are good to book with until there are any issues to be dealt with they dont want to know. Looks like it is a case of take your money and goodbye. For international travel planners surely there should be another contact if your planner is on holiday We have spent so much time on phone calls, emails trying to get someone to help us. If we ourselves had booked straight with BA there would have been no problem. We had to deal with three companies BA American Airlines and Travel Planners passing us from pillar to post. Someone from travel planners advised us to turn up at the airport which we did !!!! Desperate for help. BA were all set to help however couldnt because they give discounted block bookings to travel planners which caused us more problems. We then had to book a totally separate booking while being stuck in LA which cost us 750 each person one way with a budget airline. A 10 hour flight with a budget airlines is not what we hoped for. I would never use travel planners again. Maybe they got us a reduced price on our booking however we had to pay in the long run. If you can guarantee that you are not going to run into any problems on your trip book with travel planners and take the chance. If not book with a reputable company that you can trust.
