An absolute dissapoontment! Very good at locking ur money away but not providing ant security at all. Theyve reassure us all will be ready after triple checking and explaining that we have to leave in hollidays, made us pack the house, 1 hour left to sign the contract and get hold of the keys they say landlord decided otherwise. A day before that landlord was all happy and ready as per Joes speech. All references checked all was fine, no protection at all for tenants , puttinf people at risk of dropping other houses and ending up on streets!
