People don't buy houses every day and so it's vitally important to be with a team which caters to your needs. This was the first time we interacted with Savills (Loughton). We were very impressed with their professional approach. Nothing seemed a to be a bother for them and no query was silly. They were not pushy about the purchase and we felt very comfortable through the experience. Both James and Holly, with whom we communicated at most times, and David were excellent. I should not forget to mention that a month down the line, well after the purchase was over, when we had problems with the new-built house, they dealt with our queries and helped us get in touch with the builders to sort things out. That says a lot about the professionalism and commitment from the team.

Hi. Excellent service from start to finish. I called the office speculatively as we were considering a sale and James Lamb came around the same day. He had a handle on the local (Buckhurst Hill) market and from there they were quick to get professional photos taken, a quality brochure prepared and get the property out to market. Enquiries were handled well and viewings undertaken and feedback provided. Once under offer James managed the process well and stepped in where required to chase the buyer and their solicitor and their (selling) agent and did his best to chivvy the process along. Overall a good service, but I would recommend James and his Savills team.

From previous experience of working with other agents on the market, I feel that Savills is far more professional, reliable and provides a good customer journey through excellent service start to finish. Even after exchange and completion Savills continued to offer support. We bought an old property that required work, and Savills were very accommodating when we wanted to show builders round to obtain quotes prior to completion.They were also very helpful working as an intermediary between us and the seller to solve an issue identified in our survey. I strongly recommend this agent.
