Smallish environment, food is always prompt and as described on the menu. No trouble for as long as I've been going there - 10 + years.

Friendly Wetherspoons pub full of locals. Cheap alcohol, friendly atmosphere and decent food. Conveniently placed on the high street. The area has more scenic pubs, but this is in the centre of things.
