Ria handled the purchase professionally and even offered the cambelt, because the car I bought was nearly due, saving me around 500. Even though I made a relatively small purchase (considering they sell brand new cars over 50k and I bought a 2nd hand slightly abouve 9k), the manager came to talk to me face to face, I was quite surprised because usually managers stay on their pedestal.
Livio was helpful and informative, and not at all pushy. Everyone that I spoke to at Loughton Volkswagen was friendly and helpful. Also, they have Lotus Biscoff biscuits. The car is great.
Very pleasant experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. On the several occasions I called into the showroom during the process of buying a used car, I received nothing but a professional service. If i was promised a call back it always happend promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending this showroom to everyone.
