Great service - Alana extremely understanding regarding the petrol situation !! As a suggestion, think MINI should put a notice placed in all hire cars informing the customer that all fuel used should be replaced and whether the car is unleaded/diesel. Will save any embarrassment either end! ;)
When I went to Mini in Chigwell I was greeted by Jack and Mergim with a warm friendly smile. They made it really easy for me to understand and helped as much as they could. Tom the finance manager was very friendly also and gave us a great understanding on the finance and how it works. If we do go ahead with Mini we will definitely be back due to the service we received

Jack at mini has been more than helpful with finding me my first dream car! I told him exactly what I wanted and he found me my new baby within my budget. Unfortunately during my time here, a member of staff made me feel very uneasy and unwelcome which is a shame.However, jack and his managers, Sean & Chris truly sorted the situation. Service with a smile from my main man Jack.He made the whole process very easy and put time aside for me to make me feel comfortable and made us all smile.His kindness and enthusiasm has made the experience.He also makes a smashing hot chocolate!
