Loughton Motor Company are fantastic. Rob is so helpful and he went the extra mile every step of the way. Max bought the car to me for a test drive which i thought was amazing, and it wasn't long after this that i decided to purchase the car. He sold my old car on my behalf as well and the whole process was very easy. Since owning the car there have been a few minor tweaks needed but Rob and family have been nothing short of amazing and been in constant contact the whole time. I am now back with my Corsa, which drives like a dream. I would highly recommend.
A lot of love to Rob, Sunny and Max. Great customer service, I was sh***ing myself cause I left them my E CLASS convertible, key and log book. But between the 3 lads they update me regularly and where always easy to get hold all the way through. Sold my car for a lot more then what I was getting offered to part exchange & webuyanycar was offering. Everything was straight forward, thanks again Boys.

5 stars!!!!! Such was the experience with these guys. My understanding is that 2 brothers run this company and both are good. I dealt with Max who was calm, always picked up my call, kept me informed of the process and sold my car in less than 2 weeks since it was listed. I was so worried to leave my car and everything (logbook, spare keys,service history etc) with them initially but their professional approach and attitude towards customers made my worries disappear and in the end my car was sold at a price we agreed. Happy customer in the end!! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone and will come back in future...good luck Loughton Motor company....
