Really poor after service. They quite happily sold me wheel insurance with my new car but can I claim on against and get my damaged wheel replaced? After 2 months after completing the claim form I'm still waiting for Mercedes-Benz Loughton to get back to me. Probably best to avoid this dealer as they never pick up the phone either.
Im going to ignore the whole receptionist not having a clue on where to direct me for a service but when I finally met the service department I was just enjoying my time at Mercedes. They were ever so lovely and kind, I really appreciated the updates and general Is everything alright, can I get you anything Thank you Mercedes Loughton.
Manager in garage side need customer service training, no respect for customers. Machines need more training couldnt trace problem in my Mercedes E300. They booked in three times but couldnt fix it, waisted my time and money .Thanks to Mercedes Chelsea London for fixing my car. They have very experienced team
Parts Department are good when comes to ordering parts for older cars and letting you know if it no longer available. Ordering a key must a lengthier process but for two weeks i have been ringing this dealership for an update, they take my name and number down and say we will chase it up for you, but nothing. I had to ring parts and speak to every employee of that department to get a update. You shouldn't state 5 - 10 working days, if you dont really know how long it would take for it to be ready. Now its Christmas and have to wait until they reopen. Happy New Year
Sales wise, Nick Abbott was diligent and helpful. However I bought a brand new car from Mercedes in June and I have had to book my FOURTH issue with the electrics involved in not only the transmission but also the media system. On top of that the company have been shady in their sharing of issues and my rights in demanding a new car. Very disappointed and I'm currently taking the case to the Motor Ombudsman.
