I had to bring my BMW on the 07/01/2019 due to a recall. I had a lovely welcome by the receptionist Theresa she explained to me to fill out the form on the envelope and put the car keys in the envelope. Theresa then introduced me to Mark who would be looking after my car. I got a video from Kevin the technician showing the health check of my car including the faults. I was impressed I love this service! Wow! I got a phone call that my car was ready in the evening. Mark gave me a print out of all the faults and what needed to be done. My car was valeted. Awesome service Sytner Chigwell BMW! One of my friends have been booked in for a recall for 10/01/2019 because I recommended your service to him. BMW stands for best motor workmanship.
